Introduction

This team of Ofsted trained professionals will support your organisation with bespoke services to improve standards, raise attainment, respond to changes in Government policy and prepare for inspection.

Supported by expert data analysis, extensive knowledge and experience of working with Croydon’s schools and colleges, this team is skilled in working with leadership teams, departmental teams and class teachers/ tutors.

In addition to the existing team, quality assured, specialist professionals from further afield can be commissioned, on your request, to support the development of particular elements of your organisation.

11-19 Support Services offers a range of services available to purchase. The cost of the service includes 2 days of in-school delivery as well as time for planning and preparation.

  • Key Stage 2 to 3
  • Key Stage 3 to 4
  • Key Stage 4 to 5

School Improvement also provides the following services for Secondary Schools:

School Improvement: 14-19 Support Services:

The cost of the service includes a half day of in-school delivery as well as time for planning and preparation.

  • Setting up and running a new sixth form
  • Sixth form reviews
  • Implementation of the Raising of the Participation Age (RPA) – age 17
  • Preparation for RPA – age 18 by 2015
  • Post 16 support network
  • Understanding post 16 funding policy and methodology
  • Post 16 data interpretation and management
  • Support to ensure delivery of effective information, advice and guidance (IAG) to students
  • Careers Network

Prices vary depending on the number of forms of entry per year group. Please ensure that you purchase the correct service for the size of school.
